Use Of The Site

The website is provided to share information about Toe Bean Tarot, link to the app's store downloads, and collect mailing-list signups. Do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or submit information that is not yours to share.

Tarot Content

Tarot readings, card scanning, AI interpretations, and learning materials are for reflection, entertainment, and personal insight. They are not predictions, guarantees, or medical, legal, financial, mental health, or other professional advice.

Pre-release Access

Pre-release access may be changed, paused, or revoked as the product develops. Pre-release features may be incomplete and may change before public release.

Subscriptions And In-App Purchases

The app offers an optional auto-renewing subscription called "Extra Cat Food," which raises the daily limits on AI readings and AI photo scans. It does not add other content or features, and the app's free features keep working without it. The price, billing period, and any trial terms are shown at the point of purchase, and those terms control over any earlier marketing language on this site.

All purchases are billed by Google Play or the Apple App Store, not by us. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in your store account's subscription settings; cancelling stops future renewals but does not refund the current period. Refunds are handled under the policies of Google Play or the Apple App Store. Purchases are tied to your store account, and you can restore an active subscription on a new device from inside the app.

Toe Beans And Virtual Items

Toe beans, collectible portraits, unlockable decks, achievements, and similar in-app items are virtual items with no real-world or cash value. They cannot be sold, transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for money, and they are earned through use of the app rather than purchased. We may adjust how virtual items are earned, what they cost in-app, or what they unlock as the app evolves. Virtual items are stored on your device; uninstalling the app or clearing its data can erase them unless you save an export with the app's backup feature first, and we cannot restore lost local progress.

Games And Leaderboards

Tarot games can optionally submit scores to public leaderboards through Google Play Games Services (or, if offered on iOS, Apple Game Center). Participation requires signing in to that platform service and is subject to its terms; your scores and player profile may be visible to other players. Playing without signing in keeps all scores local. We may change, reset, or discontinue games and leaderboards, and scores that appear to come from cheating or exploits may be removed.

Downloadable Content

Some content, such as additional tarot decks, can be downloaded to your device from our servers, and some of it may need to be unlocked in-app before use. Downloaded content is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use within Toe Bean Tarot, not sold, and may not be extracted, copied, or redistributed. Downloads require an internet connection, and the catalog of available content may change over time.

AI And Photo Features

AI readings and cloud card-recognition features may require internet access and have daily usage limits, which are higher with the Extra Cat Food subscription. Card scanning can make mistakes, especially with poor lighting, overlapping cards, or decks outside the Waite-Smith tradition, so users are responsible for reviewing and correcting detected cards before relying on a reading.

Intellectual Property

Toe Bean Tarot branding, mascot artwork, deck artwork, website copy, and interface designs belong to Toe Bean Tarot or its licensors. Do not copy, resell, or redistribute them without permission.
